• Question: Did Jesus Really Rise From The dead?

      This is a difficult question.

      Lots of people (including lots of scientists) do believe that Jesus rose from the dead but I don’t think that there is any proof so I don’t know if I believe it or not.

      I don’t believe this happened, but as Emma says many people do. This is one of the harder things to believe in from the Bible, because it goes against lots of what we know about medical science! But as I said in an earlier question, some people think that faith is very important, and believing without proof is part of that.

      Personally I think that you should be free to believe whatever you wish! It’s one of the important things about living in a good society. Which is why we can talk about it here with you so easily. 🙂

      I don’t believe that although I accept that many people are religious. It is most likely that something happened with his body that made him move (eg. being moved in the breeze, or possibly longer way down the line the decomposition causing some movement) which was them recorded as him becoming alive again.
