• Question: do animals have more lives than us?

      I don’t believe that animals have more lives than us. They die from many of the same reasons that we die and then (if they are buried) their bodies decompose and provide nutrients for the other animals and plants etc. in the soil.

      There are some religions that believe in reincarnation – was this what you were thinking of? Or were you more thinking along the lines of the saying “a cat has nine lives”?

      I agree with Emma, I don’t think animals have more lives than us, they just have the one, too. But maybe some animals are more resilient in certain environments?
