People don’t really know when you are going to die. You can make estimates of your susceptibility to a certain disease based on your genetic make up, your family history and your own medical history (which is what life insurance and health insurance providers do) but you can’t guarantee the prediction to be 100% accurate. You can also not easily predict accidents – like a plant pot falling on your head or the more obvious car accident…

As Blanka said, no one really knows when you are going to die.

Doctors can start to make educated guesses if you are very very ill – they base these guesses on what happened to other people with the same illness. But that’s all they really are, best guesses, and so sometimes they will be totally wrong.
