• Question: What Improves in your Body When You Improve on something?

      Well that all depends on what you are trying to improve. If you are doing lots of weight lifting then it is your muscles that you are developing. If you had high cholesterol and so were on a diet and doing lots of walking then you would be improving your cholesterol level.

      What were you thinking about when you said “improve on something”?
