      Oooh this is a really good question but I’m afraid I don’t know the answer – perhaps one of the others will know?

      I think this is one area that we still don’t know a lot about. I think one problem is that consciousness is hard to define, and not everyone agrees on what it is. Are dogs conscious? Are fish? Are trees? There are lots of problems to solve before scientists can agree on what they should be looking for.

      I’d like to know more about this one too!
