I think the seed contains a seed coat which surrounds nutritious centre which can provide for the plant’s early growth. There is also the shoot which will start the growing of the seed into a plant. All of these are made up of plant cells, which contain cellulose in their walls that give plant cells the strong structure compared to the more squidgy animal cells. But maybe one of the others can answer this better?
