I think that the blowfish is the most dangerous, although it depends!

Although there are lots of fish that might hurt you if you swim near them, the blowfish is dangerous in a whole other, amazing way – it’s one of the most poisonous organisms in the world, but people eat it every day!

Crazy, right? It’s because only some parts of the fish are poisonous – the skin, and some of its internal organs. If you can find a very skilled chef, they can prepare the fish and remove the poisonous bits so that it’s safe to eat. It’s a very special food in Japan, but if you want to serve it in your restaurant you have to take a test and study for years before you are allowed to serve it!

So it has to be the blowfish. Not many other fish are still dangerous when they’re on your dinner plate!
